Very good and helpful however, the request for early check-in was not even considered as best endeavours by the Park Regis front desk.

Very helpful this time and last. There was no problem in changing dates for excusions and they were always pleasant and went out of their way to make my holiday suit my needs. Last time I had to return to Melbourne for an emergency and they arranged cancelling the day trips for me. I would always book accommodation and day trips through them.

Exceptionally helpful. The wonderful ladies answered all my questions, returned my questions and did all the could to ensure our booking was what we were after.

Staff were very helpful. We had an issue with one of our trips which they rectified immediately....which ended up being a better trip.
