The travel services staff were great. They followed up with me on my inquiries about additional needs and kept in touch to make sure everything was okay with the booking process. It was great to check in and have everything already organised. The option of the discounted tours and the reminder email on arrival were also good and prompted me to think about what was on offer in the area. We already had other plans so didn't take these up but would consider doing so if we visit again.

As my wife had a serious foot injury we arrived to be told we did not have a ground floor apartment AFTER booking same

Hi Robert, Thank you for your comments. As you were travelling at an extremely busy time and had initially had a strong request for a First Floor apartment you were not allocated a ground floor. We did notify Amphora of your request for a Ground Floor when you notified us within the week prior to your arrival however they were fully booked and did not have a ground floor available. They did make note of your request for a ground floor should one have become available.
