Very helpful staff. The whole process of booking the holiday
Was very straightforward. I particularly liked the communication
Via email tellingly exactly what I needed to do in terms of checking in
Etc.. Followed up by a phone call by friendly staff.

We booked 2 tours whilst in palm cove. The staff were

Very helpful, however very disappointed to discover after being dropped off at Sea Temple, we needed to go all the way into Boutique booking office to pick up keys. I then discovered this was the case in VERY small print on my confirmation sheet, however I had missed this and believe it should have been clearly explained prior to our arrival. I think the keys should have been available at Sea Temple, it really is a hassle having to go all that way to collect them. Staff at Sea Temple kindly looked after our luggage (6 people) while we went to collect the keys.

Dear Pauline, Thank you for your comments, sorry to hear that you missed the details on your voucher, final receipt and the body of your email that we sent to you advising that you need to be transferred to the office on the Esplanade in Palm Cove for checkin, the staff then drive you down to Sea Temple with your luggage and assist you to you room. In future we will ensure that the staff give you a call a couple of days prior to arrival to ensure you are aware of the checkin procedures for apartments managed offsite. Cairns Hoilday Specialists was so helpful. I didnt fell stressed planning my holidays because I knew Cairns specialists had it all soughted from booking my accommodation and tours. Highly recommending the Cairns Specialists to others considering Cairns for a holiday

Extremely, each time I rang the ladies were very helpful, and then we saw Leah at Palm cove and she was great with helping try to get Phil on a fishing charter. Nothing was a problem and the information that was given was spot on

I found the pre planning service was great. They kept me informed on when payments were due and also let me know of any tourist attractions that were available in the area for during our stay. I would certainly use them again.
