Incredibly helpful. Took a lot of the effort out of the search for accommodation. Unfortunately I was unable to take up the offers of vouchers because I was racing at ironman but I will bring family next time that could take up these offers.

From our first enquiry Cairns Holiday Specialists were very helpful, finding a perfect apartment when we had struggled to on our own, due to the Cairns Ironman being on at the end of our stay. All followups were courteous and diligent ensuring everything was in hand. Highly recommended.

Very helpful as the room we had booked was booked out they called us straight away.

The Cairns Holiday Specialists were excellent, they helped rearrange accomodation, and helped book our Great Barrier Reef excursion. They rang several times to make sure I was happy with the arrangements and our bookings, and that I got the vouchers , and to ensure that I was aware the Iron Man competition might cause delays in getting to the airport. I found the service excellent, and all the staff were very helpful

The follow up call a few days before we left to make sure that we had received all our paperwork was very professional and a further follow up regarding any sightseeing bookings was helpful, although not taken up by us as we wanted to relax and enjoy the resort.
