Not particularly helpful. The holiday was booked on-line, we didn't talk to anyone. When we were staying at Coral Horizons, we booked a cruise to the outer reef and specifically asked if our seniors cards entitled us to any discounts, we were told they'd look into it but they didn't do that. Apparently they weren't part of the Cairns Holiday Specialists. A couple of hours after we'd booked the tour, we received a test msg from Cairns H.S. asking if we wanted them to book a tour. When we checked in at the wharf, we were told we should have received a discount and they gave us a refund of $20 per person on the spot.

When looking on the web for accommodation and activities in Cairns I came across Cairns Holiday Specialists, it turned out to be the best thing I could have found to arrange our holiday. From the first email I sent to them to make an enquiry, right through to the final itinerary, everything was so easy, once they knew what I wanted it all fell into place with no problems or worries, such great people to deal with.
