the team at Cairns Holiday Specialist were extremely helpful. They suggested Marlin Waters to us when we couldn't get into the one we wanted. They also helped to arrange transfers as well.

Very impressed with the ease of booking and the follow up communication both before our holiday, the phone call on our arrival, and at the end of our holiday. cairns holiday specialists recommended the resort we stayed at given that we were staying for 7 days we would have been better. Off staying in an apartment with better facilities. Also we were unaware that room service was not included.

I am very happy and it was well planned.

Excellent. Everybody I spoke to was more than helpful. I must admit I was amazed at the time and effort each person took to help me plan our holiday.
Right down to little things like travelling time between places, and the discount on tours was great. I would definitely book with you again and highly recommend to others.

Belinda immediately understood the type of holiday we were after, suggested where we should stay, how we should plan our time and offered discounted tours. We were sent detailed emails, and received welcome emails, calls and follow up calls to ensure that our experience was wonderful.

The staff are great and to give an example, we arranged a car to pick us up and it dropped us at the wrong place. The staff were so apologetic and to surprise us they arranged a limousine to take us back to the airport. I give then 5 stars.
