The discount vouchers for the tours were great.
My only gripe was the company who provided the shuttle service from Port Douglas to Cairns airport for our homeward flight arrived 45 minutes early and was fairly insistent we take the shuttle and told me I was "missing the point" and Cairns holiday specialists were at fault. Eventually we were picked up at the correct time.

Very helpful. It had been many years since we'd travelled to FNQ and the information we received regarding local amenities, distance, transport and accommodation options for a family with three young children was invaluable in helping us decide on Palm Cove as our holiday destination with confidence. I had called another service in Cairns and they never returned my call. We received wonderful and prompt service from Cairns Holiday Specialists.
