The online services & reminders are great. The extras in our package hadn't been communicated to the resort, but once I called to mention this CHS fixed it up immediately, so all good.

CHS made planning our holiday very easy by organising transit to and from airport and incorporating 2 day trips into the package deal.

Cassie was really helpful when I enquired and was super efficient with our booking - loved dealing with you Cassie. One slight hiccup was our arrival at 4.30am having booked that night in the hotel and being assured that the hotel knew our arrival time - they had us down as a "no show" when we arrived. It wasn't a problem for them - just a little disappointed that they didn't know that we were arriving at that hour of the early morning.
Loved the welcome message and offer of booking tours - Thanks so much
