Very good. Ocean Spirit was a great choice for the reef cruise. They were friendly, had good food, knowledgeable & helpful crew, and even offered a glass of champagne on the homeward voyage. They made all the people feel like true guests on their boat. We will definitely use them again.

Note: we booked a second trip on Big Cat Green Island cruises to Green Island. Never again. They acted like they were a glorified water taxi service to Green Island. Pack them in & drop them off on the island. The food in the Night Markets was fresher and tastier than their lunch. They charged money for the snorkeling life vests! The 1.5% credit card surcharge was insulting.

CHS suggested Niramaya which suited our needs perfectly. We booked a trip to the outer reef and they were very knowledgable about the options available to us which helped us select the most suitable trip for our whole family. We went for an all day trip from Port Douglas with all of the gear and food included.

They could have been more honest about the fact they were a travel service not the Hotel itself. This lack of knowledge meant we paid slightly more than we would have if we had gone direct.
