great. friendy smile when coming or going. no hard sell. we just needed more time and cash. did do one booking of sky rail and train. Skyrail great, train too slow and very hot.

It was a little confusing at first with a lack of clarity about rates and different apartment availability, but ultimately I think we got a very good arrangement.
