Very helpful, prompt service

The staff at Cairns Holiday Specialists were very efficient. Always prompt with email replies. Gave great advice and booked everything together for us.
All coach transfers, accommodation and tours were taken care of, we just had to arrive at the airport and let the fun begin! Would recommend the girls to whoever needs a holiday booking.....well done :)

This service is absolutely the best and most courteous I have ever used in my time booking holidays, they go out of their way to find you alternatives if your first choice is unavailable and these quite often end up being much better than your first choice

Yes easy to book online. We received welcome messages and offer of tour which was helpful.

They found us a nice and suitable apartment to enjoy our stay. Before we arrived there were far too many emails advertising tours that it felt like a constant sell, especially seeing as we had a little baby and didn't want any tours. The people on the ground in Palm cove were lovely and very helpful.

Did not use planning facility

I phoned Cairns holiday specialists because I wanted to speak to someone instead of an online booking ( Im old fashioned) The updates and ability to pre pay before arrival was an excellent option for me.
