Very efficient and helpful.

Very easy smooth booking service online. Great communication both by phone and email re accommodation and my daughter called re tours both were handled fantastically.. But my daughter came into the office in palm cove to try and get info/book some tours and didn't find the service overly helpful. Left and didn't end up booking through your company..

Cairns Holiday Specialist were wonderful and I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to friends. They keep us well informed in relation to all aspects of our reservation and offered other services in relation to our trip, ie tours etc. I received a call from them once we arrived in Cairns to welcome us and to offer their services in relation to arranging any tours we wanted to do. As we were in town for the ironman we didnt take them up on the offer but under different circumstances would not have hesitated to use them. All round it was a fantastic trip and we were very happy with our whole experience.

Very helpful and quick with recommendations and bookings and confirmations. We left it till quite late to book for Ironman weekend and the team found us exactly what we needed.

The staff is very efficient and is able to cater to last minute changes to our itinerary. We loved the package that came with upgrade to spa room in Hilton. Transfers to and from airport were punctual and smooth. Would definite book through them next time.

We were there for a wedding so did not need assistance with tours etc other than what we had prebooked before arriving. Appreciated the
welcome message and had a phone call to ask us about booking tours on day 2 but when I explained why we were there they did not hassle us. Accommodation/tour bookings prior to our holiday were done very efficiently. Thanks to Belinda and Leah.
