To book our holiday I decided to ring Palm Cove direct from Sydney and get the info from the people who live there. This was the best thing I could have done. The girls on the phone in Palm Cove were most helpful and gave me the right advice whilst booking. All our travel arrangements went very smoothly. Our day trips were well planned and most enjoyable. Advising us and planning our itinerary around the week's weather forcasts was appreciated.

Lovely team all were amazing and are doing a fantastic job for Palm Cove and the region. Keep it up girls!

You did very well. Answered all my questions. I stopped in at a local CHS shop in a Mall not far from Argosy on the Beach and they helped me arrange a few more fun things to do. i am happy with the service all around.

Everything was planned well except for the selection of the hotel on offer ie : Hides.

They were very helpful with organisation. However we had to phone the owner on arrival as we could not work out where the unit was and where to collect the keys.

From the time I made first contact via email, website and on the phone this was such a good start to my much needed break.
Sky went the extra mile for me, even arranging the free upgrade to the penthouse with her manager, when she knew that the purpose of the holiday was to have a "Carers break" from the full time care of my sick husband.

The planning of the holiday was good. We were notified about payments and updated regularly via email. My only negative experience was that we requested a portacot and when we arrived it had not been booked for us. We had to wait a few hours for the hotel to find us one but we eventually got it.

Very helpful both in booking the holiday and day tours.
