We only used the Cairns Holiday Specialists as a way of paying for our chosen accommodation. The service was prompt and we have no issues.

Couldn't speak highly emnough of Cairns Holiday Specialists, nothing was too much trouble and they saved us some money as well. I wouldn't think of travelling to Cairns, Pt Douglas without talking to these guys first.
From the rental car to accomodation, recommended restaurants to tours it was all good.

It's a great website and the people on the ground at Palm Cove were extremely helpful and cheerful.

You selected a good fit in accomodations to match my needs. Trying to locate your office to pick up meal vouchers was a challenge, The building is labeled but the entrance was not - it's uptairs and the signs indicated only a beauty shoppe. The vouchers were a challenge since virtually all of the offers were buy one, get one free and I was travelling alone. Perhaps you could encourage the participating business to offer "one person friendly" singles vouchers. Tour accomodations were good for the most part.

Trouble free reservations with great communication and support. Very friendly to deal with.

Very helpful service. Everything additional that we requested in advance(carseat, high chairs and cots) were all arranged for us when we arrived.

It was very easy to book and we did it 10 months before we needed it. We did have to make an alteration which was completed without any fuss.

Cairns Holidays Specialists provided great service and information when I booked my accommodation. I also visited the Palm Cove office which was handy too.

This firm was always at hand both with bookings and advice. This was helpful on our first trip to Cairns and Palm Cove.

Very Helpful. It was fantastic that our key was safely left for us at our accommodation as we had a late flight in. Also when leaving, because we had already paid, it was easy and stress free to leave the keys in the apartment.

The person who helped us - I think her name was Sky - went out of her way to help us find accommodation that suited our needs. I couldn't praise her highly enough for all the trouble she went to.

Belinda was great, she was so helpful it made things much easier to organise.

The Cairns Holiday Specialists were very efficient and helpful,the only thing I didn't like was that fact that you took the balance of the accomodation fee without notifying me that you were going to do so.
It was fine that it was all payed for before we got there, I would have just liked some notification. Thankyou.
