I only booked my hotel stay through CHS. I was told there would be travel vouchers forwarded to my hotel, but the front desk told me they never received those vouchers.

Quick & easy

Travel service was helpful, as what I originally wanted was not available however they were easily able to offer an alternative. Although we have been to Cairns and the nearby beaches a number of times I did find some new tourist attractions that I had not heard of before. While we did not try them out, we are now more aware of that there are new attractions.

The travel service was excellent. However, would have been good if our request was passed on to the hotel manager.

All the staff were great and very helpfull, transfers etc ran like clockwork.

Colleen was very helpful as we were booking last minute, she went to all measures to find us some suitable for our family .

Excellent and friendly service - no complaints at all.

It was great to get the $60 a night deal as well as I took advantage of the dining voucher to eat at Bella Bacci. This enabled me to treat my daughter to a late birthday celebration (as I live so far away from her) and just enjoy great food together.

I'm glad everything was done through the Cairns holiday specialists. The only glitch was the email sent to the resort had the incorrect arrival times of our family so the room was not ready on time.
Overall however, it was excellent to have the Zoo and Kuranda trips organised, as well as transfers, it made the holiday wonderful. It was so nice to be able to organise the entire holiday by email and everything went very smoothly.
