Helpful and clear

Very helpful, including recommending the Tusa/T5 operator to visit the great barrier reef. The staff on the boat were fantastic - my mum has significant mobility issues and they helped her on and off the boat 3 times, plus gave her and my dad personal (as in 2 guest to 1 staff member) snorkel tours. They also got my hubby (who dislikes putting his face in the water) back in the water for the second reef, I could not thank them enough for their help. Skipper even found a whale in between the reefs! That day was by far the highlight of our trip.

Your travel consultants were a GREAT help in suggesting which tours would suit us, being 2 adults and 2 young teens, and we had a fabulous time with the trips that we did.
We have told friends about your company and suggested that if they travel up north, you guys are a great starting point.

Cairns Holiday Specialists were very easy to deal with. We had a late check-in which was made very easy by the key being left at our apartment. They were also very accommodating on the day we left, happily looking after our luggage while we enjoyed our last day in Palm Cove.

Colleen and the girls where fantastic very down to earth, friendly and of course helpful.

The Cairns Holiday Specialists provided prompt service.
I was not able to pick up my meal vouchers as I had planned a busy schedule and the times for pick up were not suitable. Leaving them at my accomodation would have been more suitable.
I thought Cairns and surround was great and the people were really friendly.

Cairns Holiday Specialists are very helpful and friendly. They were able to get us a very good deal for our accommodation. They contacted me at every stage of the booking to keep me updated. I was impressed with the follow up service when we arrived in Cairns to remind us to pick up the dining vouchers. I will definitely book with them again

Think you have it covered. Everything's just there for the asking. Could Jetstar be bound to not change flight times and, if they do, advise you at the same time that they have not only changed your flight time (stealing a haf-day holiday from you and making the last day's car rental hire a total waste)but also that your plane now leaves from the International terminal, not the Domestic one? Kind of drastic on the nerves and exceptionally annoying when you've just surrendered your hire car at 6 in the morning only to find that you then have to run the distance to next airport!

Useful given we enquired and booked within 24 hours of arriving. Palm Cove based office was useful to us in planning tours - however we found the restaurant discount offers rather week.
