The service seemed great initially when I made my phone enquiry. The lady seemed to know what she was talking about. However, Sarayi was halfway down the main street which wasn't what I asked for. I wanted to be closer to the chapel and restaurant where the wedding was being held. I was told that it was between both of them and only a two minute walk.
So over all not what was asked for.

Thank you for your response, Sarayi Palm Cove is located 735 metres from Angsana Wedding Chapel.

They were not that much involved. But the hotel booking through them was seamless.

It's so easy to use and very helpful

Belinda and the crew at CHS were so helpful. They recommended the place to stay in Palm Cove and it was a very good fit for my family. Everything was well organised. We also booked our quicksilver cruise to the Barrier reef through Cairns Holidays and saved a good $70 AUD.

What I don't like about the CHS is that you get locked into a contract without the option to change dates if the weather is really foul and you wouldn't get any pleasure out of the holiday place because you can't do anything. If you book directly with the resort, they are a lot more flexible in what they can do for you.

Thank you for your comments, I must just clarify one point, all bookings can be changed after booking, the only restrictions applied to changing bookings is restrictions applied by the resort, which is the same as is you go direct to the resort.
