They were helpfull.

Belinda was extremely helpful. Minor glitch with car rentals (not due to Cairns Holiday Specialists) which Belinda sorted out for us immediately.

CHS is really helpful indeed. Prior to Cairns, we were in Sydney and had no access to print hotel voucher. With one email request, everything is taken care of by CHS which informed the hotel on time.

The travel service was good, just a bit of confusion on arriving in the pre ordered cab, we werent sure on where to go. So had to make a few phone calls. But everything elso was good and the staff really helpful.

The ladies were very helpful, thanks very much.

Very helpful as original inquiry was for another house which was booked and someone offered us another Gardenia.

Very helpful and informative. Maybe not enough staff though, had to wait quite a while each time we went in to book activities. Shuttle bus from hotel into town was excellent!

WE FOUND THEM VERY GOOD, EVERYTHING WELL ORGANISED AND THE SUGGESTED TOURS WERE GREAT, ESPECIALLY THE BILLY TEA TOUR TO DAINTREE. EMAILS TO THEM WERE IMMEDIATELY REPLIED TO.

Told to come to office to get some coupons - where is office The hotel could only tell us it was out of town somewhere!)

CHS provided great rates and good guidelines for the holiday.

We stumbled across this website while looking for ideas for our stay, and found it excellent. The Stay 3 Pay 2 offer made the accommodation even better value.

The Cairns Holiday Specialists were fantastic. We spoke to Belinda who was more than helpful. She found us accomodation in our price range and we were very happy.

They were very good.

Very helpful in that it offered me a good bargain in a location close to my daughter.

They were very helpful- thanks - so I would use again. The only thing is with the Fitzroy ferry, more specific information on the vouchers like departure times, and company would be helpful. We turned up at the terminal and there was no one to ask (as the Fitzroy Island counter was not manned). I had to ring a few times to find out (as it was busy time and a little hard to get through)
