great customer service, love the welcome text on arrival and welcome home email. courteous and attentive when notifying us of minor last minute change to our ferry. will book another island holiday with Cairns holiday specialists for sure!

Belinda & Cassie were both very helpful in all aspects of arranging our stay. Quite knowledgeable about local info.

Cairns Holiday Specialists were an excellent agency to deal with and were very helpful with our booking. The instructions for locating the apartment were extremely clear and easy to follow.

Good advise re car and cruise on the wonderful "Passions of Paradise,we have done 2 reef tours previously and Passions is the ONLY one to do,
Their best advise was to sit down with all the information tick what we like and then draw up a week of activity with no back tracking, Great.

Fantastic again we had everything at our fingertips if we needed it. We really didn't have to do anything for ourselves so relaxing not to have look or chase for ideas we received vouchers for meals, tours,again highly recommend.

I found the team at CHS very helpful and obliging. They were very quick to offer assistance with ensuring that everything was organised and paid for. I was pleasantly surprised with the follow up phone calls and emails that I received to make sure that all was in order. They were also able to assist with not only accommodation, but also with booking activities in and around Cairns, to do whilst staying in Palm Cove, with excellent discounts to boot. All in all extremely happy with the service which I received from CHS and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others who are looking at staying in Far North Qld.

We came primary for the total solar eclipse event, information on website is already sufficient for me to make my decision to stay there without further exploration in that area.

Very good and friendly

Very helpful. You found accommodation that matched both our needs and our budget and we were very happy with your suggestion. If I could make a suggestion though, while I appreciate there is a lot to do and see, especially at the time of the Solar Eclipse, the regular emails and phone calls just felt like a sales push particularly when we had already decided what we wanted to do in Palm Cove and surrounds. Maybe it is worth asking your clients firstly if they are interested in tour recommendations as not all visitors want that service.

These guys were great! So helpful & helped us plan everything, gave us a really cheap price & knew the area so well they were able to give us all the info we needed. I would strongly recommend dropping into see these guys for a chat if ur holidaying at palm cove. Good Work Guys :)

We found everyone very helpful when it came to supplying information on trips and activities. It was very easy to book things on the spot when we decided what we wanted to do or see.

They were great! We were handled in such a professional manner we had lots if changes to our travel plans as we had our wedding to coordinate! However Colleen and Belinda were just fantastic and helped us out in their very best way! Thanks guys you took the stress out of accommodating 75 people for our wedding!
