She was very efficient and prompt in attending to all my needs when booking and confirmation of the booking details following. If we had the chance to go to Cairns again I would certainly use your company. The office girls at Palm Cove were also very helpful.

Overall our holiday was made a lot easier due to the services of the CHS. The advice we were given on visiting the reef was very valuable and the staff at CHS were prompt and friendly. I would suggest that the Scenic train, Kuranda, Sky Rail and Tjapuki not be attempted in the one day as this left us no time at all in Kuranda. This was the only disappointment. Thanks to CHS for your time in organising our holiday.

Holidaying in QLD with older parents and a 17 year old was going to be a challenge. We had special needs for access and Belinda, Cassie and Colleen at Cairns Holiday Specialists were very helpful during the planning stage and beyond. So much so that we hired a car, booked our tours and our accomodation with the help of the team. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday - you took the stress out of the planning and we all had a great time! Highly recommend Cairns Holiday Specialists.

Re recommendation on reef trip- while we had a good day it probably would have been better to know that the trip was only 3 hours at the pontoon- not really long enough for our family. Other companies offered greater time at the reef for similar money.
