Cairns Holiday Specialists were very helpful and in fact organised everything for us in a wonderful manner. Belinda was efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and arranged everything for us.

Palm Cove is a unique destination, like non other and it should remain as it is. Perhaps a surf patrol on the southern end of the beach would be of great benefit.

Very useful except I have a problem with your website. Yes it does say that you are only requesting accomodation, but when you put in the dates and location and then it requires you to fill in all the contact and payment details, it is easy to assume that the request has been approved, and your holiday is in fact booked. If it is only a request for accomodation I do not see why you should have to fill in the payment details until the request has been approved. Other than that, you were very helpful in finding another place to stay for us when ours was unavailable, and we appreciated the call to see that all was well after we were there.

We were impressed with the great deal we got through you and were able to go on all the tours we wanted.

Very easy transaction at the last minute

Belinda and her team were wonderful, promptly replying to all our emails and calls. Because we first booked our accomodation through you, we had access to discounted tours and received an email with a link detailing them. We prebooked 2 trips, one to the Frankland Islands and a Billy Tea Daintree Safari. Both were excellent with incredible guides. Later while in Cairns we rang to book a tubing trip with Foaming Fury, with the booking made on the spot and the day before we rang again to confirm our pick up time, again done on the spot. Wonderful service - will definately book with you again for our next trip.

Cairns Holiday Specialists were fantastic to deal with and handled the planning and booking of our holiday in a very friendly and professional manner. Our entire holiday went very smoothly. The staff at Cairns holiday specialists arranged our accommodation, day trips, dinner at a lovely restaurant, and our airport transfers for us. They made us feel our business was very welcome and they did everything to make our holiday wonderful for us. All trips were excellent and transfers were on time every time, the staff were helpful and a pleasure to deal with by phone and email. Belinda and Colleen were so helpful to us We would not hesitate to book through you again, my family came over from England and was impressed by the service we received it made the trip more enjoyable.

Very helpful and friendly. Our only issue was the name "blue cowrie" does not exist and was confusing and a bit disappointing we had to ring to find correct name,code and apartment number - had expected these details prior to arrival.
Discount on tour was also a nice touch.
