planning and information via emails was problem free. Unfortunately I did not realise I needed to stop in Cairns to pickup vouchers available to me before we traveled to Port Douglas as I thought they would be with the keys to the property in Port Douglas. oh well maybe next time :)

Easy to book with. Would have been great if dining discounts were emailed rather than having to find another location once there to pick them up, in fact we didn't utilize this option due to this reason
