Quite helpful by providing details of some discounted tours we could prebook. We didn't collect any of the discount vouchers that were on offer because it was too much trouble to have to call and locate where to go to collect them. It would have been useful to have them delivered to our hotel and waiting for us upon arrival.

Belinda Matthews was very helpful... I contacted her through email and later called and spoke with her. By doing this, she knew what our needs were and she was able to plan a whole package for us including book tours.

I was extremely impressed with Cairns Holiday Specialists in all of my dealings with them. They were totally professional, friendly, helpful and thorough throughout.
We love the Cairns region and have visited many times. We notice changes and improvements every time we visit, but have never looked at something and thought "that needs improving". Yet, we see the things that have been done and think "Wow !!".

Cairns Holiday Specialists were fantastic - making sure our trip was everything we wanted to be for a family. Colleen and Belinda were so helpful and the communication was excellent. The tours they suggested and booked for us were perfect for our family and they also helped out our friends as well. Everything was done right down to ordering coaches so all we had to do was to relax and enjoy our stay. Thanks for everything we will use you again the next time we head north.
