Cairns was lovely but next time I will check out the minor details a lot more thoroughly. Things like the access for elderly, air conditioning type for the individual rooms and a much higher star rating. Price wise I expected better. In Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide I have never been disappointed. Maybe in Cairns you have to pay a lot more for star rating.
Loved Cairns and Port Douglas had a great holiday

Amazing! Everyone I emailed and spoke to did their very best to help, over and above the expected level of service. Extremely polite always, very prompt reply to emails and all my silly questions were answered and lots of extra info always provided. They let us check in early too, afyer a long and very early flight, which was very much appreciated! Thank you!

Our greeting at the accommodation by Jenny was very friendly and comprehensive. Cairns Holiday Specialists were most obliging in meeting our requirements.

It was a last minute booking but we were accommodated with exactly what we requested and even surprised to get a beachfront unit with a spa on the balcony. Excellent deal. Highly recommended to all my family and friends.
