Very helpful with organising car rental and sites to see and places to dine even though I did not take up the offers this time.

Very helpful. Would not have known about Fitzroy Island, where to stay in the Daintree or Mission Beach if it had not been for your service. The Daintree in fact was the highlight of our trip. We loved both it and Mission Beach.

Both Belinda and Colleen were extremely helpful in helping us with our travel arrangements. It was so nice to be able to call them when our flights were late and have them take care of changing our transfer details...seemed like nothing was ever a problem and they were so polite!

Exceptionally helpful with all aspects of our stay. We were very appreciative of the room upgrade which came as a really pleasant suprise when we arrive.
Also as we did not arrive until after 8.00pm the fact we could pick our keys up at the car rental agency was a definate bonus.

I would suggest you do not offer the "hotel rooms" for stays of longer than a couple of days - as we met another couple at the resort who had done the same thing as us - but could not afford to upgrade. Their comment was "never again" - which is very bad for your business.
