phone and booking staff were great

They were good. The only thing i didn't like was,i didn't know i had had nothing to do with the hotel till i got there. So no room cleaning,no room service,but apart from that they were friendly.

Very helpful, we called in to see Belinda when we arrived and had lunch at a couple of the recommended restaurants in Palm Cove. Will definitely book through Cairns Holiday Specialists again!

Staff were very helpful from the first day i made the booking to the tours that were organised during our stay. Very professional.

Absolutely first class. We want to visit again it was so enjoyable. Please keep us informed of all your specials. The only thing we ran out of was toilet paper. The staff were amazing and great communication every step of the way. The car rental people need to learn a bit about communication. We didn't know we had to drop the car back to them and get a taxi to airport but we got there in the end. Thankyou Cairns Holiday Specialists. Keep us informed about Sea Temple Palm Cove as well. The Billy Tea Safari Tour was first class entertainment and funfilled with heaps of food.

Yes they were helpful we enjoyed majority of the options you arranged for us however the fishing charter that was recommended and booked through your local tour desk was poor, Very poorly run, extremely run down equipment not at all what the brochure alleged. I was lead by you to take this charter over an off shore charter and as it was the only fishing we did while we were there I was extremely disappointed.

We booked through Cairns Holiday Specialists and found them to be very helpful and very friendly. We told them what we were looking for and we sure got exactly that. We will be returning to Palm Cove again next year hopefully and will not hesitate to use them.

Yes Indeed ....They should offer jet ski specials if we are staying for a week or so...

Not used other than to source accommodation. A packaed tour of the wonderful sights would be useful eg. a day on the reef, a day through Cape Tribulation, a day on Skyrail to Kuranda, etc. to ensure that the visitor covered all the key elements that Cairns has to offer.

Staff was very helpful, though getting all those emails, text messages and phone calls about different offers was a bit too much for me.

I would definitely use them again for future bookings.

We did not do any tours but the staff of Cairns Holiday Specialists we dealt with were very helpful and professional. We would use them again and recommend them (as we already have) without hesitation.
