excellent they did everything possible to accommodate us to our liking...unfortunately it rained alot but didn't stop us from doing anything as it was so warm...but it would have been great to see more sun....then i heard that was the wettest May in history ...can't win them all lol

The follow up calls to arrange trips is an excellent service. The execution of my trip to Kuranda on the train and then back by the sky rail was flawless. All I had to worry about was my shopping and attractions. Made for a memorable experience.

The Online booking system and search was very easy to use thats how I ended up on your site (the others didnt give enough info) Once booked I received my confirmation. Although a small hiccup as our room wasn't avail for all three nights, I received a call from Colleen ( with voice & text msg) with an update and was able to accommodate our booking and information about holiday tours & discounts which were also followed up by email. kind regards Lisa

Cairns Holiday Specialists were excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about accomodation in the Palm Cove area.

Im a business person and I travel 10 months of the year. I did not have a chance to be entertained. I loved the welcome text and was made to feel very welcome.

You guys are the reasons people will start coming back to visit!!! Keep up the great marketing ideas.
